Ingredients: (serves 4) Marinade: - 1/2 cup Bourbon - 1 tbsp. cooking oil - 1 tbsp freshly cracked pepper - 1 tbsp white vinegar - 2 cloves garlic, crushed - 1/2 tsp dry mustard - 1 tsp salt - 1 small onion, finely diced - 4 beef tenderloin or rib eye steaks Directions: 1) Mix all of the marinade ingredients in a large bowl. 2) With a sharp knife, pierce the meat about 20 times on each side, making sure not to cut through. 3) Marinate the meat, covered, at room temperature for 4 hours, stirring often. 4) Grill the steaks over a barbecue or indoor grill, basting with remaining marinade. |
