Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients: 1 pkg - macaroni 1 Tbsp - chopped onion 1 Tbsp - chopped green pepper 1/4 lb - process cheese (cubed or graded) 1 C - turkey or chicken (cubed) 1/2 C - milk 1/2 Teas - pepper 10oz can mushroom soup Directions: 1.) Cook Macaroni according to general directions. 2.) Combine soup, milk, green pepper, onion and pepper. 3.) Place over low heat. 4.) Add cheese and stir occasionally until cheese is melted. 5.) Mix cooked macaroni with turkey in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. 6.) Pour cheese sauce over macaroni. 7.) Place in over at about 325 for about 15 minutes.
