Southern Barbecue Pork

5-6lb Pork Shoulder
Cook on top of stove until very tender. Let cool and remove fat and shred or chop.

Sauce

1/2c Margarine
1/4c Vinegar
1/2c Ketchup
2Tbls Lemon
1Tbls Dry Mustard
1/4tsp Cyan Pepper
1tsp Black Pepper
2 Onions Chopped Fine
1/2c Brown Sugar
2 Bay Leaves
1tsp Minced Garlic
1tsp Salt
Shake of Tabasco Sauce

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 mins. Remove Bay Leaves mix all simmer for 6-8 hours.
